This spring break, Jericho President Brett Maude and his family made a delivery of Jericho LL’s old jerseys and surplus baseballs to a charity in Puerto Vallarta (http://elnogalitopuertovallarta.org/) They helped us to distribute the items to teams and schools in need.
Here are some pictures of the uniforms and shoes that were used in a game just recently. The kids have now returned after spring break and the charity will be going to schools to give the other baseball equipment to the little league softball teams that they have.
Some of the equipment will remain at the Charity centre to teach the kids how to play and to expose them to different sports other than soccer. Most all the kids that are at the centre have never swung a real bat before.
