1.  PREPARING TO REGISTER:

If you make an error when entering your child's name on your Registration form it will transfer into errors on your child's Photographs and Trophy.  Please be sure you have their names spelled correctly.  Please do not use CAPITAL LOCK.

Parents/Guardians are the only adults who may only register their children due to the waiver attached to the registration form.  YOU MAY NOT REGISTER A "FRIEND" of the FAMILY.

Equipment and Uniforms:Equipment, jersey and cap are supplied; player must have their own helmet, grey baseball pants and glove. Sports cup is mandatory (for boys) from Minors B and up.  The league provides umpires when necessary.

As of this year Jericho Baseball will no longer be supplying grey baseball pants.  Players must provide their own baseball pants.  These pants should be solid grey.

Jericho Baseball will be selling all of their previously worn baseball pants this year on Uniform Pick up Day on March 26th.  Come and pick up a pair of used pants for a great deal.

Payment 

Payment is due at the time of registration.  Payment must made by credit card.

 

2. FEES and REFUND INFORMATION:

2011 Season Fees:

Division Fees:

        $60.00 – Blastball

        $80.00 – Tee Ball

        $100.00 – Minors C

        $125.00 – Minors B

        $150.00 – Minors A, Majors B, Majors A

Administrative Fees applying to All Divisions:

  • S110.00 – All players will be charged $110.00 until such time as they complete volunteer duties towards Jericho Little League.  The League operates based on our volunteers.  The fees paid by these individuals goes towards hiring an administrator to help out the Board of Directors.
  • $50.00 - Uniform Fee charged to all players within Majors A and Majors B who do not return their uniforms at the end of the season.

 Refunds:  

  • $25.00 – Service Charge for all withdrawals.
  • Full refund less the service charge for individuals who notify the Registrar (registrar@jerichobaseball.com) by a specific deadline (based on their Division of play).  For players in the assessed Divisions notification must come PRIOR to the Draft and Formation of the Teams.  For players in T-Ball through Minors B, notification must come PRIOR to receipt of hat and shirt.   
  • If these deadlines are missed there is no refund available.
  • Pro-rated - Refunds for medical reasons will be pro-rated based on when the illness/injury occurred within the season.  A medical note maybe required.
