'07 MAJORS A CHAMPIONS
|
|
Congratulations to the
Jericho Cardinals for their victory in our Majors A division.
Last years Majors B champion coach, Bruce Richardson teamed
up with last years Majors A champion coach Daryll
Catellier, and along with coach Norm Welch, brought home the
gold. Perhaps coach Bruce is working on a dynasty.
Unfortunately for Jericho, we say goodbye to Darryll as he
moves on from Little League. Thanks to coaches, Bob Mackay and John
Nichols for an excellent season.

ended with the Jericho Athletics coming out on top.
Congratulations to coach Ian St. Martin, coach Bruce
Richardson coach Peter Radiuk and the players. Thanks to the
Devil Ray's and coach Stuart Temple for a great game. |
'07 ADDISON CUP WINNER

| It is with great pride
that Jericho Baseball announces the winner of the Addison Cup for
2007, Ian Brackman. Awarded to a graduating player that
exemplifies Brad Addison's dedication to excellence, perseverance
and sportsmanship. It would be fair to state that Ian fits
the requirements with ease. Congratulations Ian. |
CHAMPIONSHIP CUP RETURNS
After
many years with Jericho, Coach Darryl
finally won the Majors A
championship last season. It was with great reluctance that
he returned the cup to be presented to this seasons championship
team.

WAYNE SMYTH |
It is
with great sadness that we announce
the
passing of our District Administrator, Wayne Smyth.
2007
would have marked Wayne's 40th year
involved
with Little League in Vancouver.
He
will be missed.

'06 MAJORS A FINALS
|
Congratulations to the
Chocolate Arts Angels, our Majors A 2006 Champion team.
The best of three series between the Angels and Varsity Ridge
Marlins, was a see-saw battle and the cup was up for grabs by
either team. It was Jeremy's grand slam home run in the final
game that made the difference.
Thanks to the coaches, Michael Cole, David and Stephan Reeves,
Daryll Catellier , Greg Hook and Keith Hyde for all their hard work
and dedication. |

Every year Jericho Baseball
awards the Addison Cup to the player that exemplifies good
sportsmanship and skills. Named after Brad Addison, a long time
coach for Jericho, we are proud to announce this years winner, Jeff
Tichelman. |
