'07 SUNDAY CLINIC PRACTICE
Who said practices had to
be all work? On one of the all too few hot day's during the
season, the kids do some sliding practice. Moms and dads
joined in to.
'07 STONGS TOURNAMENT
Thanks to
Dunbar Little League for hosting the 2007 Stongs Tournament.
Jericho once again made it to finals for the second straight year.
The last game was close, with Kerrisdale Little League taking
home the cup. Thanks to coach Bob Mackay and the Jericho Orioles
for doing such a great job.
'07 JERICHO DAY - MAY 12
Thanks to Lois, Reka and
all the volunteers that helped out on Jericho Day...The weather was
perfect and the dogs great. The bouncy castle was a huge hit
once again!
'07 SEASON FINALLY STARTS
'07 PRE SEASON STARTS
Sunday March 4.
Jericho kicks off the pre-season with Majors A assessments.
The rain held off long enough so the kids didn't suffer
hypothermia.
SOUTH DURHAM LITTLE LEAGUE
Congratulations to
Markus Koeneke, who played for Jericho last season, and the South
Durham All-Stars for going all the way to the State Championship
game in North Carolina. Below is an update on the game... "Baseball ended for us Friday night when South Durham lost 5-0
in the Championship Game for the State Tournament. The guys played
well throughout their season and had a blast! The competition was
tough and we were amazed that we made it this far. South Durham has
won districts a few times but has NEVER won a game at State...so
this is a great accomplishment.

With over six hundred
hot dogs served, it was a very busy day for those that worked the
grills. The bouncy castle's were a huge success with all the
kids of Jericho.
